Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the services provided by AumNamah Radioanalytical Laboratory. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

handshake 1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of AumNamah Radioanalytical Laboratory ("the Laboratory", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services including but not limited to radioanalytical testing, calibration, and consultation services provided by us at our facility located at CC-1, First Floor, Community Centre, Lawrence Road Industrial Area, Keshav Puram, New Delhi-110035.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not engage our services.

biotech 2. Scope of Services

AumNamah Radioanalytical Laboratory provides the following services in accordance with our NABL accreditation (TC-17551) and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 quality management system:

  • Radioanalytical Testing: Analysis of gross alpha/beta activity, gamma spectrometry, radon/thoron measurements, and specific radionuclide identification in various matrices.
  • Calibration Services: Calibration of radiation monitoring instruments and dosimeters.
  • Consultation: Expert consultation on radiation safety, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

The specific scope of each engagement is determined by the test request form submitted by the Client and confirmed by the Laboratory.

inventory_2 3. Sample Submission & Handling

  • Sample Requirements: The Client is responsible for providing samples in adequate quantity and proper condition, packaged in accordance with our sample submission guidelines. We reserve the right to reject samples that do not meet our acceptance criteria.
  • Sample Identification: Each sample must be clearly labeled with unique identification information. We are not responsible for errors arising from improperly labeled or undocumented samples.
  • Sample Storage & Disposal: Samples will be stored under controlled conditions during analysis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, residual samples will be retained for 30 days after report issuance, after which they may be safely disposed of per regulatory guidelines.
  • Hazardous Materials: The Client must declare any known hazardous nature of samples at the time of submission. Failure to disclose known hazards may result in additional charges or service refusal.
  • Chain of Custody: For samples requiring legal chain-of-custody documentation, this must be specified at the time of submission and may incur additional fees.

description 4. Test Reports & Results

  • Report Content: Test reports will contain all information required under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, including test methods used, results, measurement uncertainty (where applicable), and relevant observations.
  • Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround times will be communicated upon sample acceptance. Rush or priority processing may be available at additional cost. Turnaround times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Report Delivery: Reports will be delivered in electronic format (PDF) to the email address provided by the Client. Hard copies can be provided upon request at additional cost.
  • Opinions & Interpretations: Any opinions or interpretations included in reports are provided by qualified personnel and clearly identified as such, separate from factual test results.
  • Amended Reports: If errors are found in a report, an amended report will be issued at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe.

payments 5. Pricing & Payment

  • Fee Structure: Testing fees are determined based on the nature and number of parameters tested, sample matrix, and any special requirements. A fee quotation will be provided prior to commencement of work.
  • GST: All fees are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate. Our GSTIN is 07ACHFA5663Q1ZR.
  • Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 15 days from the date of invoice. We reserve the right to withhold reports until full payment is received.
  • Advance Payment: For new clients or large-volume orders, advance payment (partial or full) may be required before commencement of work.
  • Late Payment: Overdue amounts may attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

lock 6. Confidentiality

All information related to the Client's samples, test results, and business affairs is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose such information to any third party without the Client's prior written consent, except:

  • When required by law, regulation, or court order.
  • During accreditation audits by NABL or other authorized bodies, where anonymized data may be reviewed.
  • When disclosure is necessary to regulatory authorities such as NABL in accordance with applicable safety regulations.

Our confidentiality obligations are maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Clause 4.2 (Confidentiality).

verified 7. Quality Assurance & Accreditation

  • Our laboratory operates under a quality management system compliant with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
  • We are accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) under certificate number TC-17551.
  • Test methods used are validated and traceable to national/international standards where applicable.
  • Regular proficiency testing and inter-laboratory comparisons are conducted to ensure accuracy of results.
  • The Client may request information about our quality assurance procedures relevant to their testing request.

gavel 8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the re-analysis of the sample(s) in question or a refund of the testing fees paid, at our sole discretion.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our test results.
  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, equipment failures, government actions, or pandemics (force majeure).

report_problem 9. Complaints & Disputes

We take all complaints seriously and handle them in accordance with our documented complaints procedure:

  • Filing a Complaint: Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@aumnamahral.com / aumnamah.testing@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt of the test report.
  • Investigation: All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 business days and investigated thoroughly. The Client will be kept informed of the progress.
  • Resolution: We will provide a formal response within 15 business days, including any corrective actions taken.
  • Escalation: If the Client is not satisfied with the resolution, the matter may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with New Delhi as the seat of arbitration.

copyright 10. Intellectual Property

All test methods, procedures, proprietary techniques, report formats, and software developed by the Laboratory remain our intellectual property. Test reports issued to the Client may not be reproduced in part without our written consent. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the test reports for their stated purpose.

cancel 11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Before Testing Commences: If the Client cancels the service request before testing has begun, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued, less any applicable administrative charges.
  • During Testing: If cancelled after testing has commenced, the Client will be charged for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • After Report Issuance: No refund will be provided after the test report has been issued, unless a valid complaint is filed and upheld.

block 12. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AumNamah Radioanalytical Laboratory, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • The Client's misuse or misrepresentation of test results.
  • Failure to disclose hazardous properties of submitted samples.
  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Any third-party claims related to the Client's use of our services.

balance 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

edit_note 14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued engagement of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is the Client's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
